How engagements work

Payment

Readiness Review and Production Hardening: 100% in advance. Agent Bridge Sprint: 50% at scope sign-off, 50% at handover.

Start

Delivery time counts in business days from the latest of: written scope confirmation, receipt of payment, and access to the systems and documentation we need.

Scope changes

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before work on it begins.

Acceptance

Deliverables are accepted against the agreed criteria. Defects in agreed scope reported within 10 business days of handover are fixed at no charge.

Prices

As published on the date of your written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Free call

The 20-minute introductory call is free. Detailed analysis and assessments are paid services.

Custom projects typically start from ₪25,000 (≈ $8,000), excl. VAT. This is an indicative minimum, not a fixed quote.

Are prices fixed?

Prices apply to the defined scope of each package. Additional requirements are quoted separately before work begins.

Is VAT included?

Prices exclude VAT. Israeli VAT applies to Israeli customers. Services to customers outside Israel are generally zero-rated; the tax treatment is confirmed in the quote.

Can I pay in USD or EUR?

Yes. The USD amounts on this page are approximate. Your written quote fixes the price in the currency you choose: ILS, USD, or EUR.

What happens if my project is more complex?

We review the requirements and provide a custom proposal before implementation.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. Our services are designed primarily for existing systems, APIs, and AI applications.

Do you use AI coding tools?

Yes. We use suitable AI-assisted engineering tools while applying human technical review, testing, and agreed acceptance criteria.

Who owns the source code?

Ownership and licensing are defined in the project agreement. For implementation projects, the customer generally receives rights to the agreed deliverables, subject to third-party and pre-existing components.

Can you guarantee AI agent reliability?

No AI system can be guaranteed error-free. We implement agreed controls, tests, and observability mechanisms to reduce and identify risks.
