Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the contact form on pionion.com. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Pionion, an engineering services company based in Israel. Contact: info@pionion.com.

What the contact form collects

• Your name, work email, and company
• The service you're interested in and your project description
• Optionally: your company website, an estimated budget range, and a preferred start date
• The page you came from and any campaign tags in its link (for example utm_source)
• Your IP address, which is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the submission isn't automated

Please don't send API keys, credentials, source code, or other sensitive company information through the form.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, arrange an introductory call, and prepare a quote. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Where it goes

Your inquiry is delivered as an email to our mailbox. It is not stored in a separate database. The services involved:

• Amazon Web Services (EU, Frankfurt): processes the form and sends the email
• Google Workspace: hosts our mailbox
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the form
• Google Analytics: aggregate statistics about site usage. Your name, email, company, and message are never sent to analytics.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept as long as needed for the engagement and for legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email info@pionion.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
